Exploring Applications: The Fully Automated Synthesis Workstation

Can Laboratory Automation Technology Open Up a New Track for Agricultural Development?

On the morning of November 30, Zhao Yong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Wangqing County Committee and Minister of the Organization Department of the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province, along with Gao Bin, Director of the Agriculture Bureau, and others, visited our company. Company Chairman Dong Wubo and General Manager Wu Shuangyi accompanied them for the visit and exchange.

Zhao Yong, along with his delegation, delved into the company’s R&D laboratory to observe the progress of our scientific innovation projects on-site. The discussion focused extensively on the technological innovations, application scenarios, and adaptability of the fully automated chemical synthesis workstation in the agricultural sector. Company representatives accompanied the inspection and provided a detailed introduction to the product development process and core advantages.

At the R&D site, our team showcased the fully automated chemical synthesis workstation independently developed by the company. The equipment, characterized by its "unmanned operation, high precision, and modularity," integrates glass reaction vessels, an intelligent temperature control system, automated pipeline transfer, and an electronic control operation terminal. It enables fully automated experiments covering the entire process from raw material injection, reaction control, to product separation, and is suitable for high-throughput synthesis R&D in fields such as pharmaceuticals, agriculture, new materials, and fine chemicals. Regarding the application prospects in agriculture, company representatives noted that the automation advantages of the fully automated chemical synthesis workstation can effectively address the pain points of traditional agricultural chemical experiments, such as cumbersome operations, long cycles, and significant errors, thereby providing technological support for agricultural innovation.

This visit has established a crucial bridge for expanding the agricultural application scenarios of our company's fully automated chemical synthesis workstation. In the future, the company will focus on the practical needs of the agricultural sector, continuously optimize product functionalities and adaptation solutions, empower the development of agricultural modernization through technological innovation, and inject technological momentum into rural revitalization.
